hi guys,

how can I set a 0gb gig limit on rain's website?
and/or how can I set my spend limit never to exceed the amount I'm going to pay for the unlimited off-peak?

I don't want my bill ever going over R250 p.m.

thanks,
p

Hi @pboy

To set your gig limit just log onto your dashboard and set your limit to 0. that way you will just pay for the plan you are on which would be the R250 unlimited off peak.

I did... but I think because I used a few MB already during peak time, it won't allow me to drop the limit to zero.
noob issues!
my bad.

If it's set at 0 then it isn't your problem, from time to time when I was on the off peak account I'd have a couple hundred megs of peak data used but Rain would still charge me R250.

Yes that is correct if you have used before you put limit on zero it will stay there until the first when the bill has been paid
