How to set a target url for an image?

Hi mybb!

Basically i want users to be taken to a specific point on a webpage when clicking on an image.

How do i do that?

This is what I'm working with:

The current image is set to a specific target on a page. I want to replace this image with a new one that points to a different location on a different page.

Something like:

<a href="#target1"><img src="xxxx"></a>

somewhere else on the page:

<div id="target1">You clicked the image..</div>

If the target is a different page then the a link should be href="/some/page#target1"

I haven't used this in a while so you may be able to use name="target1" instead of id="target1" but I'm not too sure..
