Do you have a firewall? Can you do port forwarding? Otherwise the best bet imo for you (keeping in mind that you NEED quality line speed for VC is to get a 4mb line, it works on a 1mb connection but it's choppy as hell, not recommended). A 4mb business dsl account comes with a few assigned IP's 196.x.x.x . You fill in one of those IP's as your static IP and you give this to me and I will dial in to you. Instead I'l give you an address to a global test account where you can dial into some testing server somewhere to see if you can receive sound and image.
I hope that makes a bit of sense, at the moment your 192.... IP is your LAN, you need an external IP WAN 196.... that ppl can dial in to. Failing that you could get a free dyndns account that negates the mission of getting a business account, it's free but a bit unstable, and you NEED stability in a VC environment. Ideally VC is to be used with ISDN and not over ADSL, but it does work quite decently on adsl if you have a 4mb line.
