I really don't know why you bother the forum about this.

If you're already doing this, why bother with all the questions now?

Do you want to increase your signal "cloud"?

As far as I know you need a license for a Wisp.

Why don't you download the act from Icasa's site?

Maybe that'll help?

And I understand you're frustration with Icasa, they're s dead end.

ok, oh boy, have you seen the website, download section, its just a bunch of PDF files making no sense at all.....

It's like ICASA want people to not buy licenses so that they can fine a illegal WISP "no moire then R30,000.00" FML.....

I've seen some other WISP advertising its ICASA license on its website full sized scans: "oooohhhh photoshop"

Individual electronic communications network license
ECNS

Individual electronic communications service license
ECS

So thats what a WISP need?........lol.....but still not 100% sure, because ICASA cant help me.... hahahahahahh

Thats alot of money man.... what about I setup a couple of hotspots and use a CPE client unit and connect direct to A local wisp, then my load balancing problem is also sorted out
or will I also need to be the owner of the premises
and what about, if I use a repeater on my neighbors house over a public road

well there you go over an public road. (need the license), you can connect to an other WISP but if they state you cannot resell without there consent then they can take you to court and file and law suit against you, that will even be more than R20 000 in the long run...
