how to switch between two internet connection

i use two internet connection one is gprs through cell phone anather is broadband. so i want use broadband maximum time b'cos it is cheap.
but when broad band is not avilable then i want to switch automatically broadband to gprs so how can i do that pls tell me

Thats what I have done, it works perfectly. I can switch between, GPRS, and local and international accounts in a fly.

To keep an eye on data usage I just hover the mouse over the connection icon in the tray ( the two little computer monitors) and I see exactly how I have sent and received for the current session.
