Uh, no the best article I've seen. What about changing lanes without indicating/checking blind spots, not maintaining a safe following distance, not being aware of your surrounds, not knowing at what point the tires lock up without ABS, driving on high beam with oncoming traffic, not knowing how to handle robots that aren't functioning or how a 4-way stop works, etc?

But I guess because I like to have a bit of fun at times and change gears at 7 grand or downshift to decelerate I'm one of the worst around.

Whoever wrote this article likely spends life as a passenger in an automatic vehicle.

Hard acceleration is bad, but not using your indicator - that's fine.

Lol.

That list makes you a bad driver if you had to ask your car but not if you had to ask other road users, which is more important in my opinion.

Maybe they're different between a bad (kark) and unsafe driver.

How about being on the phone
Stopping on the highway to collect passengers
Doing 60km/h on the highway
Being totally unaware of what is going on around you.

MP plates = automatically bad driver.

MP, L and those Lesotho/Botswana/Moz/Swazi plates. They bring their plaas driving to the city and just become a nuisance. They're always overloaded and curb-crawling at 30 km/h. Hazards blaring so you have no clue if they are slow because they are going to stop or slow because they want to turn. Or just slow because reasons.

"How to tell if you’re a bad driver"

- just ask my wife, she will say I'm the worst at driving and parking

- look at my car, it will tell you I'm the worst at parking

- ask the local taxi drivers, they wonder why this ikasi driver is lost in the suburbs.

I just want you to move out of the way when i'm doing 180kph on the highway. Without having to flash lights and change lanes, that would be great thank you!

My rear window sits high and my car is wider than you realise, so I can't see you flashing your lights behind me on my bumper.

As a ballade driver, I'm given an automatic 20% senior citizen discount off speed limits so I stick to my 100km on the freeway in the right lane.
