How to test your LTE router or who is at fault.

Morning

I have noticed my B593 LTE modem signal has started to degrade. Most at the time 4 bar signal. It gets to 5 bar signal at times and swings back to 4 bar.

I also noticed swings in the following signals.

RSSi -54
RSRP -84
RSRQ -10
I'm not putting down numbers. If I do RSRP-RSRQ suppose to get results of less then 25. Mine is above.
Also RSRQ supposed to get values of 5-6, mine is >7.

The above figures tells me what?

I'm connected to a Poynting antenna, line of sight.

I have contacted Telkom mobile in this regard. Don't get any straight answers. Sir are you at your modem so that we can check? I'm at work.

Anybody that knows his way around the modem.

Looking for a better Telkom number or e-mail.

When case gets reported I get sms case solved. Nobody talks to you.

Tekom on this forum is also dead or not?
