How to transfer airtime/data bundles from cell c sim to cell c sim

I would like to know how transfer data bundles or airtime from one cell c phone to the other. Both are using prepaid sims. I cannot find the options in the ussd menu when using *147# Can anyone help

Can't on Cell-C, had this problem a few months ago. Went into the store and they confirmed it.
