Evening everyone
Need some help here.
I have an HD LED TV with HDMI capabilities. Actually it's a good TV (LG), but it's not that smart.
Therefore I need to do some workarounds to get a streaming service up and running. I have an unshaped 4mbps line next to the TV and I'm looking into the following:
1.) Getting UnoTelly for the DNS move through the US.
2.) Get a device that can connect via cable or Wifi (preferred option) to the router and has smart features or apps like an internet browser (for Supersport) and Neflix / Hulu.
This is my problem. Do I get an AppleTV (R999) or a Smart BluRay player (R1699) or an XBox or Playstation?
The last two won't really be used much and therefore I would like the cheaper/est option.
Are there any other clever suggestions I haven't thought of?
Afterthoughts:
1. Does the Explora have smart capabilities? Can I for instance stream over that? Could I get Netflix through it?
2.) Would the Explora work non a non-premium package or does it have to be the full DSTV premium?
Thanks in advance for your replies.
