Maybe a stupid question, but how will us mere-mortals know that Sentech have met whatever was agreed at the CUG meeting? I assume the CUG will at some stage make us aware of what was agreed.

No preasure guys...[;)]

thats the thing... until their service is brought to an exceptable level I cant imagine how much damage is being dealt by word of mouth... I have already persuaded 4 people in the past two weeks to rather go ADSL or ISDN cuz take it from a Sentech user, it really aint that great and neither is their support.

I mean EXAMPLE:
ME
I get good local speeds but crap international speeds

ANSWER/SOLUTION
Try moving your modem around

ME

I suppose we will all know when the international magic 4.0 download "limit" goes to something nice like 10.0 or lets all dream of 30.0 when its late at night.....

You will know when that happens....

We pay for broadband so fast http is expected.... waiting for a nice BIG site wont happen...

when the above happens its fixed...

its not rocket science really, its just a matter of point and click and some time for a corporate to get it done, lots of desks and signitures which have to make it onto one piece of paper before anything happens
