Telkom is kinda starting to piss me off!!!!!!!
i ordered my adsl 2 months ago, Last sunday i get a call from some lady telling me the activation is complete and i can continue my self installation...
so i think to myself, great, i finally got it!!! but nooo, it still doesnt work. anyway...
i phone 0800456786 on monday to find out wots going on and they say it should be activated, but a telkom techie is "fixing a "PROBLEM" " at the exchange and it should be working in an hour or two... but nope, nothing happends...
i phone 0800456786 on tuesday and ask why the f**k its STILL not working, they say it was never activated and its sheduled to be activated on wednesday the 18th which is today...
but no, nothing happens, today i phone 10219 and they say theres no record of anything and i must phone 0800375375, so i phone that number and speak to someone who checks and tells me the status is "BUSY"...
So wot do you guys think off this? am i being unreasonable?
