I'm due for upgrade in February and would like the HTC Touch Dual. Any idea when it will be available locally?

Okay, that's good. Hope MTN will have it on contract by then. But, on second thought, if there isn't a big price difference between the Touch Dual and the Tytn II, I'll probably go for the Tytn II.
