i have not seen any official release dates from HTC.

It was announced this month, the romour-mongering sites online are talking about a Q4 2007/January 2008 release date for Japan specifically through DoCoMo. We have to wait and see if HTC will realease it here/eroupe/USA, but I doubt it, its been just a few months since they released the Touch.

Its not on HTCs site, but you can check out the DoCoMo site here, but rather let Google translate it for you, its funnier:
