http 500 error internal server erro

good evening to all...

i have come across a real issue with my exchange server and its really confused/lost me...

a few days ago i could access my internal/external exchange server through the web..all of a sudden now it's telling me this error about http 500 error..
i have searched high and low on how to solve this and i can't come right...
does anyone out there know how to to solve this matter.. please be kind in letting me know..

Without more detailed info it is very hard to troubleshoot. But i'm guessing your problems could have something to do with DNS. Do you have a dynamic IP address? Are you using a dynamic dns client like DynDNS? Is your exchange server correctly provisioned on your firewall? Can you ping the exchange server via IP and FQDN from the net?
More info would help.

The server which the exchange is hosted is borked. hence the internal server error I take it you are using the web access for exchange - get the it guys at work to bounce iis or something
