What happens when you've hit your telkom cap (this is my first month on their service)?. I've far exceeded the 3gig (don't know by exactly how much, the stats page isn't working for me).

I can't browse - no http, ftp, no protocol OTHER than..weirdly...p2p

Connecting through a second account right now, on the same machine, and my http is fine.

Weird.
