What software version is everyone on ?

Mine says Software version: V200R001C00SPC211

Been like that after I had to do a reset to recover from a reboot loop ....
Enabled updates, and even after checking for update it says this is the latest version

Would be interesting to see how many different version is out there

I know it was version V200R001C00SPC321 before the reset ....

Was wondering if any of the speed related issues is related to software version ?

Interesting - we already have 3 different version.

Indicate if you have speed issues, maybe there is a correlation between versions and issues

I know if quite a few people very happy with their systems and are on a different version even to theses - or so they say.

Must say on version V200R001C00SPC321 my speed was acceptable, but had drops and then the reboot loop that went like this .... connected, had internet, then loose connection to CPE, loose connection to internet, CPE reboot, comes up, reconnects to internet and it repeats like every 5 min ......

I can tell you how to downgrade to 211 if that might help ... seems like anything is better than what you have now .....

Software rollback : power off device, hold rest button, power on, keep holding reset button till all lights comes on .... round 25 seconds - release.

Cant mess it up more than what it is now

At least I start the morning at 7:00 with round 100Mbps, then at 12:00 its usually round 40Mbps and then by 17:00 I'm at round 10Mbps ..... by the time its 21:00 its so slow (even below 1 Mbps), I go to bed swearing at RAIN till I fall asleep ....

Pity we cant get a hold of the actual files to load the version that we want and test it.

The device can do it.

All that is required is for RAIN to create a folder on their server, put the files there, create a download page with the links - one would think someone could do that in like 1/2 day easy.

If only someone thought of that.

99% of companies that does firmware up-gradable hardware does that, I cannot see a problem with that

When I had my first issues with the 5G connection disconnecting and getting stuck on 4G, it was V200R001C00SPC232

It was rolled by the network team on 7 April to V200R001C00SPC211 which is still giving me the same problems.

Yeah i also tried checked on Huawei's Site , But they dont supply stock Firmware.

'Antenna combine Index' set to 1

Used to set to 5 and then last week it went unstable. Then set it to 1, it is now stable again.

Have you tried changing your Antenna Index? My preferred Antenna combine index changed last week for some odd reason. Not sure if they locked me to another tower or what, even though my cell id remained the same.

Antenna Combine Index 1 and 2 covers the CPE surrounding. Where the rest are more area focus specific.

Your Cell-ID will change if they moved you to another tower.
