Vodacom advise me that this data card is not network locked. To use it on the MTN network insert an MTN SIM card which has been activated and data enabled by ringing 173. Using the Vodaphone Mobile Connect dashboard create another Profile (Tools/Options/Mobile profiles/new). Then go to Control Panel / Internet connections and change the telephone number to MTN..either *99# or *99***1#. It worked for me.
