Huawei B315s - LAN disconnects but WiFi stays connected?

Hi

I am on Telkom`s Uncapped LTE and I have a problem whereby the LAN connection loses connectivity to the internet but WiFi is still connected to the internet. I change ports on the router and it works fine for while and then disconnects again - does anyone have any ideas? I am running a Win10 machine...
