Huawei B593 - Awesome Router but power too low, poor range cannot reach upstairs

Hi I love this router, had it for 2 years, stable and works perfectly, but wifi range is so poor how can i make it work better (the range) without any extra additions like wifi repeaters, lan connections etc ?

Were is stay my options are limited only wifi, any ideas ?

I'm afraid your only option is to get another more powerful wifiaccess point and connect it to the Huawei with a lan cable. The B593 has no external antenna for wifi, only the LTE antennas are external.
