Huawei B683 G + TPLink TL-R480T

I have a Huawei B683 G router and a TPLink TL-R480T load balance router.
I want to use the Huawei for 3G connection and WiFi (Access Point) connection and the TPLink TL-R480T for URL filtering and blocking torrent downloads. The Huawei can block only about 5 websites if I am not wrong.

How do I do this?

It would be possible with disabled WiFi on B683. You would need to explore quirks of DMZ configuration, as B683 do not support bridge mode.
