I have the Telkom 100GB LTE subscription with a Huawei E5186s-61a router with which I am satisfied. It is working well.
I did however notice some issues (bugs?) with the router which is listed below. The firmware is up to date and the router has the following versions:
Hardware version: CL2E5175HM
Software version: 21.306.01.00.1232
Web UI version: 16.100.02.00.03
Issues:
1. Some IP addresses and host names (a printer and Wireless AP) are not shown on the for "Connected WLAN Clients" table.
2. Sometimes the router looses connection to the WLAN clients i.e. none of the WLAN clients can be pinged from a computer on the WLAN. A reboot or restart is required to fix this problem.
3. Windows sometimes give a "duplicate IP address" error which may be related to the wrong handling of the DHCP lease time.
