It looks like a great deal, but I'm curious about the hidden costs.

Any sign up/connection fees?
will the R139pm price change after a few months or will it stay the same for the whole 24 months?

Asking for a friend. I've never bought a phone on contract so I didn't know how to answer him.

I was told that I could switch over in one day. It ended up taking six days after numerous followups from me. I was told that the phone was upgradable to Lollipop. It isn't. I was told that the out of bundle call rate was 69c, but you actually have to buy an add-on bundle to get that rate or it's 129c/min. I was also told that my phone would automatically connect to Telkom WiFi hotspots. It doesn't.

I see. The price is good but doesn't sound like it's worth all of that that you went through.
