Here’s the thing; i receive an invoice dated Jan 2014. The photo is of a bus with registration not mine. What must I do?

Point is: if a vehicle not owned by me is in the system coupled to my id it surely is not the only error?

I don't know what you are supposed to do, other than waste your time and money arguing with SCAMRAL.

What I suggest you consider doing, is opening a case of fraud at SAPS against SCAMRAL, at least that way you have a case number and if SCAMRAL comes after you, you can show that you did your due diligence and they (both SCAMRAL and SAPS) did not.

We already went through this crap with speeding fines. You can't withhold vehicle licences just cause you feel like punishing the oh so naughty subjects.
Last year they made me pay fines before I could renew the licence????

Same with me. I paid fines last year before I could renew.

But if they do this schit, then I will just not have a licence. I will NOT pay for etolls EVER.

Now you prove that you don't own the bus, duh. /s
And herewith the problem. He has to prove his innocence. That's not how our legal system works. The accuser must prove guilt, not the other way around. Innocent until proven guilty and all that.

Their mistakes are now causing problems, and those problems cost money.

This is the main issue with the new laws they want to implement.

What is OUTA saying? We don't listen to anyone but them.
EXACTLY my thoughts. I am calling them to suggest a provincial protest. We should not leave this one.....if we do nothing they will enforce their draconian laws on us and will continue as we citizens are silent. We are already hard pressed on all sied...they have stolen this countries coffers dry completely now they want to kill you and i honest taxpaying citizens. Come on OUTA - pls we will support you with a PROTEST!!!!!!!
