I don't know what you are supposed to do, other than waste your time and money arguing with SCAMRAL.

What I suggest you consider doing, is opening a case of fraud at SAPS against SCAMRAL, at least that way you have a case number and if SCAMRAL comes after you, you can show that you did your due diligence and they (both SCAMRAL and SAPS) did not.

Let's be serious and realistic here. SAPS will never open a fraud case against SANRAL for something like this. He will get laughed and chased out of the charge office.

Never say never, but witnesses with cellphones can help steer things in the right direction.

The other option is to just wait for the summons, which should never arrive if this is for alleged debt dating back to 2014 which is supposed to be written off after 3 years.

So... I refuse to pay etoll, now they fine me for not paying and I refuse to pay that fine, now they prevent you from renewing your drivers and vehicle license and I then just drive without it. The cops catch me without a drivers or vehicle license and fine me, which I just dont pay... Now the government gets in less money... Awesome logic.

exactly why i think people who donate to them are imbeciles. they haven't done diddly sht tangible to combat etolls or the myriad of other brazen tax abuse.
