Hurricane Matthew coming in to our area

Can someone please post some wind speeds associated with the south easter in Cape Town? I want to compare the wind there to what we have here.

Many years ago I was on a 125cc off road/road bike in Cape Town and the south easter picked me and the bike up but I managed to bring it down and waited out the wind, it was dangerous. I was near the foreshore.

Yup, my friend in Miami said it was like a hectic South Easter and nothing like they predicted.

the south easter is anything from 70-125 km/h

That's what I thought. The wind back home in Cape Town used to howl and was bad but here it was sorta bearable. I guess because the hurricane moved a little to the east it did not affect us as much as it is further north.

Was on the sidelines of a Typhoon in China a few years back , and had the same impression , bad Southeaster , just with buckets of rain added in.
