mmm that is the software on the device not the driver on the PC so i doubt it ... until the modem dialer and windows device driver are updated.

Its absolutely astonishing that this has not been attended to. Last time I looked they hadn't disabled debug in the driver software either. I think Rodent pointed this out in April!
