:p Haha you didn't hit a nerve, colleague was irritating me while I was replying so I thought I would lay into you, a little more than usual. I would be a wreak without this place.

But you're right btw they do have a similar front.

Bwahaha. :D

I'd say the sides from the wheel arches down are quite similar too...

Yeah, both companies executed the cues very well i must say. But the Mazda's trump card is it's Skyactiv technology its regenerative braking and great handling.

The Merc is well a Merc so there's that.

So howcome nobody recommended the new Ford fusion? Is Ford in a lower league than the usual VW clan...?

For a retiree, a VW Passat will be perfect. Just spec it up with all the safety kit and park distance sensors ;)

Kia optima?
I think it looks much better than the Sonata even though they are essentially the same car.

I don't see it on their website anymore though? Discontinued?

Think you're gonna lose quite a bit on a new CC. I think a 2nd hand Passat would be optimal. Won't take the initial knock in terms of value and get a lot of bang for your buck.

Sonata. It is a lot more car, way more exclusive and unique and best of all, not a VAG.
