How do they do this?[!] When you buy a 128k package (128kbps has got nothing to do with the speed, it's only a marketing tool. <- for those new to the forum[]) the speed jumps around between 30 and nothing giving you an average on 12kbps, but a really bad surfing experience. BUT NOW I am perfectly limited to 4.4kbps not a bit faster or slower!!!!!!!! Amazing, fantastic, BULL****!

It disgusts me that I'm on the 256k package and I have EXACTLY the same cap at the moment. If there is no difference on Wednesday (September 1) I will notify sentech that I consider them in breach of contract and either they cancel or I stop payment and they can sue me.

Me too on downloads but uploads are spiking to 15kBps and averaging 9kB/s....WTF

I must say at this moment sentech have a lot of 'un-informed' people by the balls. They just think 24/7 internet is cool even though the rest of the service is total sh*t. I met some people at work that have mywireless - they didn't even know sentech was busy with upgrades?!? Its incredible sometimes what people will take. I am part of the 'will cancel if speeds stays at 1KB/s group after 1 Sept' - I had enough. [}]
