Agreed. Ringing those people is nearly always an exercise in frustration.

Pitbull - this is where MTN's MAIN problem lies. If you deal with this, you will be a lot further.

Well, unless I get a proper response from MTN today, I'm logging a formal complaint against MTN with ICASA, I'll also get a few users from here who experience the same 'issue' as backup.

The way I see it is that they due this to get extra money out of subscribers... tell you you have a certain amount of bandwidth, when you download that amount, they charge you for it. Either they must resolve this issue, or provide bandwidth roll-over so you're not pressured to use the measily amount they charge you a fortune for.
