I typed a long complaint here and what happened. My connection timed out. I am so sorry the day that I bought this piece of ****. You can call me a troll, the only reason I am on this website is because I thought I will get some help or response. Online support don't answer their emails an the socalled rep (gingggs) does ask for details and dont answer back.

I am not on this website because I am stroking your ego, whoever you are.

I am here because of the pathetic service I get.

I would like to take blame off of ginggs as he is the moderator for MyBB and not Cell C.
I will take this up with the person dealing with the online support emails as well .
Would it be possible for me to call you quickly ?
