I cancelled iburst in april 2005

But my account is still being debted of the bank

i have phoned them and they cant find me on the system

when i cancelled it i sent a fax whith the reasons phoned them to see if they had got the fax they said

who can i speak to help please

phone your bank and have the charges reversed....... Get your statements from the bank,hilight the transactions and then send them it iBurst accounting (If you are going to fax, underline the entries on your statemsnt as the Yellow highligher makes the lines un-readable on a fax).. they seem to be the most useless accounting department on the planet.

I didn't cancel my account in July, but Tradepage did for some reason. My bank account was not debited, and my internet came to an end. Tradepage would do better to fire the whole accounts dept. THE'RE USELESS!!!!!!!!!
