I cant purchase anything on vodafone live

I bought the motorola v360 yesterday, and tried to use vodafone live. I can browse on the site itself, but when I want to purchase anyting, pictures, music, or themes, I get an error message that there's a authentication problem. Any suggestions what the problem maybe? thanks

jacqvt, have you tried to call 111 / 155, so they can check your profile. There might even be a system issue. I know a lot of back-end changes went in over the weekend.
