With all the people wanting to drop a few kilos, myBB needs a resident dietician/nutritionist
Reading food nutrition labels is a skill I'm still struggling with. All the data is overwhelming
I agree but have you taken a look at that page? Its pretty accurate in describing the lable.given that the FDA's history on nutrition I wouldn't take much notice of that. Our own food labelling has improved significantly and the main thing to look for is carbohydrate content
Eat fruit, plenty of it. Your digestion will improve and keep you "regular". If you are in a hurry, about 10 apricots will do the trick, but give it 15 mins
Yeah fruit is sold as a miracle food - but can be extremely calorie dense. Dat fructose
worst thing to do as you're taking in a lot of fructose, fructose is metabolised differently to glucose and in effect can even be worse for you than sugar
so yesterday we had a dip at fruit because of the fructose, however I've just stumbled across this, frankly the more I read up on nutrition the more I realise how much more I still need to read, it's all getting very confusing

why not just have a muffin and a yoghurt instead of the oats. for lunch have provita's with tuna and tomato and a bit of cheese or boiled egg.
TL;DR Executive summary anyone?
Jeepers creepers, wow, but all these studies are really just hogwash. Just eat your fruits and veggies and your sorted![]()
