That is true, but this aversion to seeing another man's penis in real life is cultural BS as far as I'm concerned. I used to have that same attitude but, really it's just a cock. I mean really, accidentally touching another guy while you're screwing his gf isn't going to make you gay and the sort of eye contact you're worried about isn't going to happen unless one of you wants it to.
