It's easy enough.

Top only - will only top. Nothing else.
Top Versatile - prefers topping. Will bottom on the rare occasion but will generally try to avoid this.
Versatile - anything goes.
Bottom Versatile - prefers bottoming. Will top on the rare occasion but will also try avoiding it.
Bottom - will only bottom. Nothing else.
