Seriously this has just made my day. In our country everthing is such a stuggle.

Web africa is a breath of fresh air. Dealing with them is so easy if you use your credit card.

I'm so impressed. Their system works so effiecently.

BIG UP to WEB AFRICA!

I agree. I've set up my CC and I choose how many GB I want, click ok and it's instantly approved. Really very happy with WA.

Could not agree more. Been a VERY happy Web Africa client for over a year now and wouldn't dream of changing.

I agree. Moving to webafrica is the best adsl decision I ever made. No looking back. Finally, a service like service is meant to be.

Now if only they could've offered the relaxed capping like telkom, they would've made a killing.

Thank you for the kind words all.

We have many more exciting prospects in line to enhance our DSL service even further in the not too distant future :)

It would appear judging by the rave reviws I should cancel Mweb and join Web Africa.I have been considering it as I would rather pay per Gb than pay for a 3Gb cap of which I have used so far about 500mB.

Well actually that was the usage of both my daughter and myself although I must admit that I did use another 250Mb on Iburst.Find me a decent legal music download site that accepts a S.A credit card and there goes 3Gb in a couple of days.By decent I mean 60S and 70s music.

Openweb = IS accounts.

WebAfrica = SAIX accounts.

Different animals!

I personally have received great service from Openweb (as have others), and this thread tells you what a great service WebAfrica provides.

Good to see for us end users!!

As with everyone else here I LOVE Web Africa.

The day I returned from my honeymoon I turned on my PC to find I could not browse the internet but I could few the webafrica page. I sent in a support ticket at 5:52 pm and at the same time noticed that my line port had changed. (For those that dont know WA has an option to lock your ADSL account to up to 4 different lines.)

Jason replied in 5 minutes, and I got an SMS on my phone to let me know he had responded. Of course I was exhausted from the flights and had to go visit the in-laws for supper so only got a chance to check it the next day.

Everything had been cleared up and it was in fact the port authentication which has now been change to my new port. Of course I would still like to know why telkom changed my port while I was away (other than the fact that I'm sure my neighbours have it now since it was port I fought for 8 months to get after having my lines replaced) But WA was quick to respond and helped me out instantly

Actually, they sell IS accounts too. I have both a 10gig Saix and two 2/28 IS accounts, both from WebAfrica (of which all have been exhausted this month at max 430k/s) and have not had any probs. Fantastic personalised service. Those guys really went the extra mile for me when I had some issues. thats what makes the difference at the end of the day. :)

PS. the main reason I went Webafrica over openweb is the ease it takes to open an account...no debits, deposits, running to the bank, or extra hassle. Credit card....bang! Instant activation, no waiting. When openweb get their system up and running I might consider looking into them again.
