Drunk and driving... Without a license (that wasn't even in my docket by the way or even brought up in court about the license) the lying under oath... Uhm my lawyer done the talking I just stood there listening

I'm trying too but you not really telling me how I lied under oath or my lawyer? Your input is valid and I might just get an better understanding... But I have surely learnt a lot out of this experience because in all honesty I was shitting myself... And yes I agree I was completely in the wrong so I don't blame anybody but myself... I'm just lucky my blood test came back very low... And that I do a lot as person for charities in my marketing job I do... So that was all aspects taken into account that didn't affect my case. I must say the only thing I'm leaving out is that my name is still on the system so at any given time I slip up like this again I'll be in big kak... Hope this gives you a little more light on what haponned here

I am not dodging anything, I never believed the OP's original story from the beginning and stated that upfront. Now the OP comes back and claims that his lawyer got him off, but does not reveal the argument that he used in his defense. He also claims that he learned something, but cannot articulate what it is.

Your own posts indicate that you advocate drunk driving, good luck with that.
