not only did openweb sort it out quickly, they also upgraded it to uncapped for free because i have been a loyal customer.

All i can say is wow. They really are the most innovative ISP, and I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work. ;)

I know! I ordered a 10GB local top-up yesterday and it seems like they gave me a 1GB/10GB account instead. Thumbs up to MrBEEP!

We always say, loyal customers should be treated with respect, so sometimes we do give our loyal customers more than what they pay for. Its our way of saying thank-you.

However, the 10GB local is not a 1 / 10GB account. I dont want to set clients up for disappointment.

Some clients that have been with us for some time will be assigned certain extra perks, more bandwidth than they have paid for, extra this, more of that, etc. We dont announce these perks, as we do not need the credit. Its simply our way of saying, thank-you.

I hope this helps.

Yeah Openweb is great hey. One month i got a call from MrBeep, it was like the 27th or so, and he told me he'll give me a new 3GB/27GB account for FREE, because "i'm a loyal customer" :D

Openweb FTW!

Hi

When you say local it means you can only view South African web content? What does 1GB/10GB mean?

It means you get 1gb of international traffic and then the remainder's local. So basically your first gig is for local and intl and then its local only from then on.

Our Uncapped local accounts are reserved as loyalty rewards for subscribers that have been with us for some time.

We do not sell them commercially i'm afraid.

So do the scribers only get uncapped for a single month, or will the account be changed permenantly, just wondering because I joined openweb recently and I am very happy. Do you have a affiliate programs, because I have a few friends who are interested in some of openweb's packages.

Signing up now :) Now all I need to do is convince Telkom they need to die.

Hmm... and also figure out which of the many, many, many packages I want to get :)

I suppose it varies, but you shouldn't be joining and expecting free upgrades, unless you give Mr. Beep a couple bucks under the radar ;)

PM me for details LOL:D Just Joking.

We always say, loyal customers should be treated with respect,

The great thing about Openweb is that when dealing with them I feel this. I doesn't have to be said. And I've only been with them for 4 months (I think).
