Water is rubbish, it has no phosphorous to tingle your insides.

Hi
Best way that I have tested is to do oil pulling for 15/20 minutes every day with coconut oil. Takes out the stains and teeth becomes white. Also another bacterial etc. Plus it's safe.
Teaspoon or tablespoon of oil swish in mouth for atleast 15 minutes. Spit in garden not in sink otherwise pipes will get blocked. Gargle with warm salty water. Then brush teeth. Do first thing in the morning as it also takes out toxins.

Kush,

Any peer reviewed evidence or similar to back up your statements of coconut oil removing stains, whitening teeth and being bacteriocidal and removing toxins? I am not being completely skeptical, I am open to new information, but these questions need to be asked as they would turn 150 years of peer reviewed scientific research on it's head in a jiffy. And with many productive, thorough and esteemed researchers losing their credibility and titles.

Oh I did the oil swishing, pulling and salt but in the end the only thing took a way my gum infection / bleeding gums, the stones and stains was a visit to the dentist, having them clean it out. Afterwards some anti bacterial mouth wash and antibiotics. In fact after the cleansing it was already better the next day being gone in a few.

Bought White Glo about two or three weeks ago and have been using it since. I am a smoker and a frequent consumer of red wine (ja ja....I know...but I am not interested in the "well...if you gonna do that then accept the consequences" crap)

Anyway....started using it to try and get rid ... Or at least lighten the stains. It is mostly on the sides of my back teeth so not that visible to others....but it bugs me.

Anyway....my teeth are now sensitive as FCK!!!! Specially the one sides back teeth. When I am not brushing it is ok....sometimes when I eat or drink something cold I get a slight shooting pain...but when I brush and the tooth brush hits certain teeth I want to K@k myself.

I have used Clynomyn tooth paste before and it would cause slight sensitivity after a few days but then that would go away...even with continued use....but NOTHING like this.

I have now stopped using the White Glo paste and bought Sensodyne Rapid Relief and also Sensodyne Repair and Protect. I hope this solves. I have no fillings and have all my teeth which I am rather proud of.

Anyway.....if any of you are thinking of getting White Glo....just take this into consideration ....it could turn every brushing event into a torturous experience.

Or

Maybe I was just unlucky.
I've bought white glow recently but between the toothbrush that came in the box, the free toothpicks and the hella ton of reading material that came in the box.
It came off a bit too try hard and it made think it probably did nothing to actually whiten teeth.

Personally I use Meridol mouthwash seems to help with sensitive gums. It's pretty expensive especially when they recommend you use 10ml at a time and the bottle is only 400ml.
