Been a loyal customer of vodacom for the past six years.

With their signal issues I had to port to Cell C from Midrand (Calrswarld) Cell C showroom; they charged me R100 for the new sim ( not a problem). I paid the money and bought the new sim (mini) for my iphone. On Monday i wanted to change my tariff plan to easy chat, couldn't do it using 141 so called the call center and they said i should go to branch as they cant do it on their system (Which was strange) so went to Rustenburg cell c showroom in Waterfall mall and requested them to change my tariff plan to easy chat, even the Cell C guys from Rustenburg couldn't do it. I had to call the call center from there it self and explained the whole situation again and the call center lady advised me to do a sim swap again and with the new sim they should be able to change the tariff plan but not with the old sim. I thought this time it will be free as i already paid for the first one. The guys from Rustenburg wanted to charge me R150 and not even R100 as Midrand guys charged me (Double standards) for the new sim.

This is insane and i am asking Cell C rep who pops up now and then; why should I pay for the second time. This should be fixed free of charge.
