Oh ... we had a circular one of those when I was a kid. There was a shop in the Randburg Mall that sold all things kitcheny. I remember my Mom buying it there. 20 years ago though. Can't remember the name but it was near the jumping fountain.

I reckon those fancy cook-ware type shops in Sandton City will have. In CPT I'd have no clue ... Cavendish somewhere maybe.

Check this: http://www.capecheese.co.za/products.htm ... let it load and scroll down...

and: http://cableandpower.co.za/shop/adv...Csid=81268dcd878ed273092e21f47142b4d5&x=0&y=0 (if that doesn't work search the site for raclette).

So now .. do we need to discuss the health risks involved in eating cooked cheese?

I've never seen one in Cape Town. I had to go round the shops for other things recently.

Just another kitchen doohicky to take up space and gather dust.

I have one of these in storage some where - if only I could remember what country . . .

Getting the cheese might also be problematic here in PE.
