The scary thing is that it is National Broadcaster of Uganda television channel that is promoting it.

However South Africa can't talk. Our national broadcaster SABC promoted the ANC's WMC theory for a long time. Also regularly cover the BLFs blatant illogical speeches

Oh dear. Even basic math has escaped him. The square root of 2 is 1.414.

So using Terrance Uganda maths,
If a battery can produce 1000W and the inverter efficiency is 1 (100%).

That would mean 1000 x 1 = 1001W

So then inverter can increase the max power the battery can deliver.

So 1000 x 1 = 1000 x 0.01


Makes sense!
