I want to lose 3kg per week..

Dude take tons of laxatives and never eat bam 3kgs lost.

Why is it people think you can just drop 3kg's in a week :). Hard work and eating right will help you lose weight OVER-TIME and not at 3kgs a week. No point eating as little as possible because when you do eat your body will store that and make you fatter :p

You can't lose 3 kilos a week. That's a bit drastic! You could detox and drink lemon water and eat vegies and fruit only but i don't really recommend that for longer than 5 days.

Not gonna happen. Not even if you eat nothing. You might lose close to that amount in liquids but definitaly not fat.

That is so not healthy at all. You will put back on even quicker. Eat healthy, exercise and drink water

as mentioned numerous times, i think that you should try and cut back on the sweets, eat more fruit, and exercise more...

drink pepsi max or water
eat 3 small tuna or chicken fillet salad portions per day

eat the first portion by 11 am
eat the second portion between 3/4 pm
eat the last portion an hour before going to sleep

and find reasons to be active
- take stairs
- clean up - house/car/garden
- contract your stomach muscles whilst sitting in front of pc

good luck - you should lose at least 2 kg per week after the first week.

Now i'm no Dietitian, hell I'm close to failing matric, but i can tell you that drinking pepsi MAX(diet pepsi) is not healthy and can't get close to water or fruit juice...

2ndly, eating tuna/chicken salads all day isn't healthy, you having limited sugar intake and your carbohydrate intake will become nothing, which, as shocking as this is, you need sugars and carbs to feed your cells energy and to make them function properly.

As for eating before sleep, thats the biggest load of horse **** because you supposed to eat supper before 6(so that you can work off all the sugars etc digested to a point where that don't become fat).

then what you should do is have 5-6 small meals which have your main food groups as that means a constant amount of energy is entering your body and so it starts to think that is doesn't need to store as much fat.

then those exercises you instructed are probably going to give the same amount of exercise as playing on a Wii, what you should do is get off your fat arse and go for a run or play sport or even go to the gym

Yes, of course it's not a dieticians diet, but it does shed weight.

I am in great health after doing that for three months.

My salads included (not all at once) tuna in brine, chicken,
mayo, raw onion, raw peppers, raw peas, fresh herbs, potatoes, rice, raw tomatoe, raw garlic, raw carrots, raw broccoli and sometimes raw unsalted nuts.

I ate my last small meal at least one hour before going to bed, which is between 11pm and 1am.
(because I could not go to bed starving lol)

My first meal would only be at 11 am the next day.

I burned a hell of lot of fat.

Trust me guys, losing 2kg a month is the better way.. And building muscle during...
I went from fat 77kg to lean muscle 65kg in 8 months and hell, i look and feel good

3kg a week is dangerous!!! you know of course after the diet you gonna be picking it up double?

I say its a lifestyle and if you don't eat properly its just going to jump back... and you are also gonna have fat rolls because you are losing so much weight in such a fast period...
