Dude take tons of laxatives and never eat bam 3kgs lost.
Why is it people think you can just drop 3kg's in a week. Hard work and eating right will help you lose weight OVER-TIME and not at 3kgs a week. No point eating as little as possible because when you do eat your body will store that and make you fatter

Really stupid... Just eat healthy and exercise
drink pepsi max or water
eat 3 small tuna or chicken fillet salad portions per day
eat the first portion by 11 am
eat the second portion between 3/4 pm
eat the last portion an hour before going to sleep
and find reasons to be active
- take stairs
- clean up - house/car/garden
- contract your stomach muscles whilst sitting in front of pc
good luck - you should lose at least 2 kg per week after the first week.
