Dieticians are like most doctors. They don't know **** but if you believe they're God, the placebo works miracles on you. Exercise and _stop thinking about what you eat_. If you think too much about what you eat, the mind-gut connection strengthens and not only are you more liable to retain fat after eating, you can get all those nice divisions of IBS and you'll never lose weight again.

Oh and drink red wine. Not bottles EVERY DAY. A nice tall glass each day.

Depends on how active you are. Eat less Kilo Jouls than you use per day.
Artificial sugars in diet drinks and sweets make you hungry. New study.
Diet Coke and Tab makes you fat. All the people I have seen drinking this have all been fat.

I think you might confusing cause and effect, there.

Actually what they found (in the studies I read, anyway) it's not that artificial sugars make you hungry, it's just that your body doesn't register the calories that it's taken in. So if you have a Coke, you'll eat slightly less than if you had a diet coke or nothing.

Clenbuterol ... AKA Clen.. available online from your nearest mexican pharmacist! Used as a horse anti-asthmatic.. works like a charm... side effects include death, but unlikely!

Do yourself a world of favour. Google "burn the fat, feed the muscle". You'll find a pdf about how you can lose weight and get fit without using any bull**** meds, chems, etc. Stay away from artificial "lose weight" stuff. Look at what it's done to the Americans; the average Yank weighs 90kg and is less than 1.8m in length. Go figure.

Only way I ever lost 3kg's a week for a few months was to work out 6 days a week for an hour and a half. Eat 7 times a day and drink around 14 glasses of water. No sugar, no take out, no caffiene, no milk, no bread

 I know your post is semi-jokey. But for the curious, its not a good option for obese people who don't work out or diet (won't decrease appetite). Its better for people trying to preserve existing muscle while they are on a hardcore fat loss cycle.

The Hacker Diet is a great place to start for IT types who are clueless about weight loss. Its a free ebook available in several standards compliant formats. I really enjoyed it when I hit a plateau.

Regarding the 3kgs per week lost, yes its possible. Don't y'all watch the Biggest Loser? The Australian season is on Etv right now. You can lose 3kgs or more per week if you are already very large. The smaller you are the harder it gets. Its pretty straightforward to do. Eat less, do more. Straightforward but not easy. If you are into calorie counting (I'm not), just make sure that you have a 500 calorie deficit everyday & you are guaranteed to lose weight. Its up to you if you prefer to focus on cutting the food or focus on increasing your activity to create that deficit.

I disagree with the posts that imply you must work out to lose weight. It actually depends on your current size & condition. A 250kg person with a bad back and knees will never jog or get on the super circuit machines at Virgin Active. Dieting will get them down to a weight where they can work out comfortably. You can be a healthy weight & work your arse off at the gym for months without seeing results, all because of a bad diet. Your endurance may go up, but your weight & look will stay the same if you don't fix what goes in. That's why the bodybuilders say "6 packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym."

What does artificial weight stuff have to do with Americans chowing take-out like there is no tomorrow, it is food making them fat not diet supplements, infact everytime they want a damn maccie d burger they should rather chow a couple diet tablets.

They do take diet supplements but it makes them ****ing hungry! So next time Mrs Marple's self control fails and she chucks the diet tablets in the drink, she'll have sixteen maccies, not just eight! Bite sized portions, but those Yanks have such big ass mouths...
