I'm an ex Cit. Just something on the Brenthurst Webinar. SA is not going to be a failed state in a decade. It already is. Everything from A-Z in SA is negative. Is there anything positive about SA @ all?

why yes, my old comrade,
the BMW's the cadres drive get nicer,
and the Dubai and Swiss accounts get larger from all the looting.

suing? what counter-revolutionary, white monopoly capital move is that?
in Africa we burn and loot and pillage and destroy, if you really don't like it,

get a mob together and blockade a few Highways, they will soon get the message.

While the idea of suing the SA Govt for the lockdown rules is extreme, it must make you realise that the decision (for lockdown) was made in haste and did not take all information into account

On the other hand, were the various officials who made this decision competent and did they have sufficient scientific expertise to make it? The tobacco ban decision says otherwise
I don't know how long it will take until the class action suit by Mr Fuellmich is filed in the US on behalf of German and US companies against the German government, the RKI institute which provided recommendations to the government and Dr Drosten who created and promoted the PCR test. Progress seems to be on-going. If they win then the German government will have to pay damages in the order of a billion Euros or more and it will encourage other people to also launch such cases against other governments.
It is quite inexpensive to join the class action, 800 to 1000 Euros, and the eventual fees payable to the lawyers, if they win the case will be 10% of the damages awarded. This makes it affordable to even small companies and self-employed people.

we dont live in the US, any class action lawsuit will get thrown out and rejected by the courts.
sad reality of something as civil as "suing" a corrupt government.

I get what she's saying, but when I see a rich person reason like she did, I really battle to take them seriously. I am sure her concerns for her own wealth and losses far outweighed her concerns for people who are struggling in this country. What absolute horse ****.

She was clearly right as more people will died over the next few years slowly than the virus would ever have killed. In 20 years the virus will not be mentioned but the new dawn of poverty will be never forgotten.

Getting strong Elon vibes here. Live and work as normal peasants, my portfolio/quarterly earning targets are hurting! Not defending the government's implementation of lockdown, its length, nor the kak stupid rules, but it's clear where such peoples priorities lie, public health be damned from their priviledged, isolated position.
