I cant change the title, I was a victim of phishing, my video shows how it works and happens. this is one example on how it could work.

My FNB virtual card was recently compromised and all my money stolen. FNB says its not their problem and wont pay met back. I figured out how this works and made a video on how it works. Shockingly easy to do!

How to clone a FNB Virtual card

UPDATE 17 May 11:45 AM:

FNB has just contated me and said they will refund me

They then proceeded to tell me in the future only use virtual cards instead. And that they are safe because the CVV changes every hour.

This is the point I am making. this is what they are telling people and its not correct.

I really appreciate FNB's willingness to pay the money back, and I am very impressed.

But they should not market VC's this way. I then explained what happend and why this is incorrect and they asked me to send them a letter explaining all this so they can send it to the relevant team to look into and make it better.

You see, this is progress.

I seriously doubt they wont pay you back you block card and say it was fraudelent activity unless you are at fault for the compromise, usually takes 2 weeks to resolve

They have allready told me they are not paying me back. This was Monday morning they told me.

You got phished mate. Your virtual card was not hacked, you pretty much gave the details to a third party dodge website.

I would also never create a virtual card linked to my cheque card. Always create VCCs linked to my credit card - credit card is the banks money.
if this is the case its your fault not banks anyway. Dont even think the bank would reverse it if it was a CC

Sure, but the point is how can the bank let 12 transaction through in less than two hours all for the same ammount with out even a notice. how do they not send notifications of each transaction to the device? How do they not stop these transactions?

There is a form etc you need to complete, for the investigation and if they said no ask why
I have been Waiting since monday for them to send the report explaining why. Theys aid it would be send Monday.

watched the video, you can cancel and temporarily block and unblock accounts,

when I recently got robbed, 1st thing I did was cancel all my cards, revoke all my Virtual cards and unlink the app
luckily I acted quickly, because these tsotsi act fast.

Did you even have a package from SAPO? Or did your eyes light up and you thought you could score someone's parcel for R30?
