i was hardcaped and i dont kdqrnow why help

Hi last month i finished my intenational cap witch is 3 gig so i use some of my local cap downloaing stuff from saix i only downloaded about 6 gig and then i was hard caped.i would like to know how this local cap thing works i was told you get a 30 gig local and then you get hard caped i also was not caped intenationaly but i did not download internationaly my internet provider is telkom thanks alot

After reaching your 3GB cap with a Telkom account you do get the "relaxed" capping, but you can be capped at any moment.

Local and international, both count towards your cap.


30GB local is with the OpenWeb accounts.
