Not just iBurst, on VC and had problems since the weekend. Online play kept disconnecting & downloads was ridiculously slow. Seemed to be better last night.
Funny how they always advertise a 'best effort' service but expect you to pay 'full effort' money.
I know. You get all your big shots that make dictions to provide you with something awesome.
Then they leave it to their unskilled staff which is not there fault and has only been trained to go up to level 2 and the trainee only up to level 3 but you have a level 4 problem. And it takes weeks to get some one that has a level 3.999 that can solve the problem, If you lucky.
To think of it, they must get some of their own medicine to feel what we fell if we have to pay for something that gets promised to us or they cannot provide us what we see in advertising.
Look at Eskom if they cut power what disaster it is. Can you imagine if all South African can stand together and stop using cell phones for 3 days?
I think this is the only way the Big shots can feel the pain, frustration and the need.
