Manson - It helps - other people do read those comments. On top of it - it makes WBS look bad; it makes them look even worse if they don't reply (which up to now, the still haven't).

They are imho worse than telkom now. I am constantly losing connection, even with a static 100% connection as per their app, then when connected the speed both up and down is pathetic and has huge gaps.

iburst probably stands for inadequate burst .

I am so sad I was stupid enough to sign up to their service, believing their promises made in beta all of which they have broken.

I'm sure the fact that they do break marketing promises, such as the "limiting us to 64kbps if we use up our bandwidth" promise that has become the "please buy new bandwidth or have no access" broken-promise and the fact that nowhere on their marketing material do they say they will limit us to one smtp server, etc... is grounds for a case against them with the marketing and advertising watchdogs.

I'd personally like to see someone take them on. I just wish I had enough money to sue them myself.

noone made an ASA complaint when they cut us off (by 'us' I mean anyone who in April downloaded 6GB or more) and the ASA basically said, no because WBS said we were puppy murdering internet abusing criminals and only made up 4% of the total client base, well that and it was a one time thing, I assume they'll use that argument no matter what sort of complaint you use
