Iburst Settings

Hi

I was wondering if someone could please assist? I have just bought an external modem for my Iburst 3G pakage. I have had trouble with my connection, on many occasions it has cut off a download indicating that the "server was reset" ? Plus my modem has 5 green lights but im getting a very slow speed ( Im located in Morningside, on Rivonia road).

Is there anything i could do to improve the speed and ensure my downloads dont get slashed?

Just a point Mek, remember iBurst is not 3G.
